The San Telmo Group was born from a love of bold flavours, vibrant culture, and the craft of cooking over fire. Since opening San Telmo in 2011, we’ve grown into a collection of unique restaurants — San Telmo, Palermo, Asado, Pastuso and Robata each inspired by different culinary traditions but all united by fire, quality ingredients, and unforgettable guest experiences.

We’re currently looking for Experienced Section Waiters to join our teams at Asado, Pastuso and Robata in a full-time position.

What you'll do

• Deliver exceptional service and lead by example on the floor
• Train and support new team members
• Run pre-service briefs, tastings and training to build product knowledge
• Support Supervisors with daily operations including POS accuracy, stock control and compliance
• Help foster a positive team culture while maintaining high service standards

What you'll bring

• Valid working rights in Australia
• Strong passion for food and beverage
• FOH experience in fast-paced restaurant environments 
• A natural ability to engage guests and deliver great service
• A team-first mindset and positive attitude
